Extra voluminous black tulle party tutu, perfect for parties (Christmas, Halloween, etc.)!

Several layers of gathered tulle give the petticoat plenty of volume. The skirt lining is made of black satin. The waist is elasticated.

A decorative ribbon bow is sewn on the back. The tulle used is very fine and soft.
