The witch hat is made of black taffeta and tulle. Several ruffles of gathered black tulle garnish the hat......you can be a witch and stay classy for Halloween!!
A black ribbon and a silver glitter bow adorn the hat. A small black tulle pompom, pearls and an adorable mini broom in silver sequins hang from the tip of the hat (the pearls may vary from one model to another).
Several gathered black tulle ruffles trim the hat.
