The “madness feathers” witch hat is made of black taffeta. Black feathers garnish the hat......you can be a witch and want to stay flirty for Halloween!!
A black ribbon and a glued silver sequin bow adorn the hat. Orange beads and a small satin bow are attached to the tip of the hat (the beads may vary from one model to another but will always be orange unless specifically requested).
Not suitable for children under 3 years old.
